How do I find the right size dress for my Laddu Gopal?
Measure your Thakurji sitting, from the base to the top of the head. Size 0 fits about 2–2.5 inches, size 3 about 3.5–4.5 inches and size 6 about 6.5–7.5 inches. Our size guide has the full chart — and if you are unsure, send us a photo with a measuring tape on WhatsApp and we will confirm the size for you.
Do you stitch custom sizes or bulk orders for temples?
Yes. We make custom poshak for sizes beyond 6, for Radha-Krishna and Yugal deities, and matching sets for temples and satsang groups. Share your measurements and occasion on the Custom Poshak page and we will send fabric and design options on WhatsApp.
Is the fabric safe and comfortable for Thakurji?
Every poshak is lined with a soft cotton or tissue lining, so zari and stone work never touches Thakurji directly. Edges are finished by hand and closures are gentle back-ties — no sharp hooks or pins.
How long does delivery take?
Ready poshaks are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 days across India. Custom and festival pre-orders are stitched to order — we will share a timeline before you confirm.
Can I exchange a poshak if the size does not fit?
Yes — unused poshaks in their original packing can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched poshaks cannot be exchanged as they are made for your Thakurji alone.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most PIN codes in India with a small COD handling charge. Prepaid orders via UPI, cards and net-banking are also accepted.
